What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@rkraftgroup.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How do I start a return?

Is the silicone safe for my pet?
Yes — the feeding station is made from BPA-free, food-safe silicone that is non-toxic and safe for pets. It meets FDA standards for food contact materials.
How do I clean it?
It is fully dishwasher safe. Simply place it on the top rack. You can also hand wash with warm soapy water.
Can I use it for cats too?
Yes, the lick mat and slow feeder design is suitable for both dogs and cats.

You can schedule up to 4 separate meals per day, each with custom portion sizes.
What type of food does it work with?

We ship the US-compatible version with a standard US plug. Simply plug in and set up in minutes.
What happens if the power goes out?
We recommend checking with your vet about a backup feeding plan for extended outages. The feeder requires a power connection to operate.
How do I record my voice?
The feeder includes a built-in microphone and simple recording button. Press and hold to record a short message (up to 10 seconds) that plays at each scheduled feeding time.
